In a continued effort to improve our Technical Support Services for our customers, we are changing our service hours. Effective April 2nd our new support hours will be:
Monday - 8:00am - 6:30pm EST
Tuesday - 8:00am - 6:30pm EST
Wednesday - 8:00am - 6:30pm EST
Thursday - 8:00am - 6:30pm EST
After tracking and analyzing our call loads, our statistics show that peak support activity has been Monday - Thursday. In addition, we have extended our support hours from 5:00pm to 6:30pm EST to better support our central, mountain and pacific time zone customers. In addition, we are dedicating Friday's to our Support Team to continue advanced application training to better support our customers.
