Gradience TimeClock - Pro / Enterprise - Reassigning Swipe Cards

Steps to reassign a swipe card to a new employee.

1. Click TimeClock Access and select the name of the employee to whom the card should no longer belong. 

2. Over on the right, under Swipe Card ID, click Clear/Delete and then click Save.

3. Select the name of the employee to whom the card should belong. 

4. Over on the right, under Swipe Card ID, click Update / Change and you'll see the popup Swipe Card thru Reader Now

5. When prompted to do so, please swipe the card a second time to verify that it is assigned to the new employee and click Save.
