Unable to Print Reports via Remote Desktop Session

We support a current license of Gradience Software. We do not support your network or remote connections.

If someone who is physically [at] the computer where Gradience Time Station is running can successfully print but someone who is remotely accessing it cannot, it is likely due not having mapped printers when using a Remote Desktop connection. To verify this do the following:

 1. Open the RDP application.

 2. Make sure the Local Devices and Resources Check Box is on Printer.
