EEO Message when attempting to run an EEO Report in Gradience Records
It's best to sort by [Tree View] when selecting each department. If an employee is selected to be shown on the EEO Summary report their category and race to the right must be filled in. If the employee does not have a category/race filled in then you must [de-select] them from being shown on the report. See example below:
Note: Mandatory Category and Races that need to be used if this information is provided by the employee.
