Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Runtime Error

Runtime Error when attempting to open Gradience or Cannot Write to Services File

Note:Typically these errors occur because the user does not have Administrator rights.

Right click the Gradience software icon on your desktop (Gradience Attendance, Gradience TimeClock or Gradience FMLA Tracker) and select Run-As Administrator

If you have TimeClock installed check your services panel for an instance of FireBird Guardian. If FireBird is not installed please download and install FireBird choosing defaults during installation. Make sure to right-click the installation file and select Run-As Administrator.
