HRcalendar - Unhandled Exception After Changing HRcalendar Password

Encounter a rare unhandled exception error after changing password

  

Solution:

Change password in HRcalendar by clicking Company>Preferences

When opening the software an unhandled exception occurs

Navigate to

C:\Program Files\HRcalendar Software\HRcalendar in Windows XP

C:\Program Files (x86)\HRcalendar Software\HRcalendar in Windows 7

 

Double click the file named

Enter the 32-digit product license key from your invoice e-mail and press Reset Password

 Select Yes to reset password and if successful receive the message below.
