Product Key Does Not Remain Entered
When entering the product key for a Gradience Basics software title some have found that they cannot see an Enter button on the license popup window. When this happens, people generally press the Enter key on their keyboard to register the product key. Doing this will not register the product key. When the program is reopened, it will prompt for the product key again.
This happens when the screen resolution/font size is set high enough to make the Skip button and the Register button invisible on the product key popup window.
The solution is to enter the product key and then press the Tab key on your keyboard twice then press Enter.
