Unplugging the unit for 60 seconds and plugging it back in can re-establish connectivity.
Make sure that you can ping the IP address assigned to the Remote Reader. Verification can be done at the clock and via the TimeClock Remote application.
If deploying over VPN and your VPN requires authentication from the device; it will not work.
