Please follow the steps below.
1. If you have saved any custom forms, ensure that copies of these forms are saved outside the program.
2. Have your IT person temporarily grant you local administrator rights on that computer.
3. While you have local admin rights, uninstall and then reinstall Gradience Forms Manager.
Note: If you don't have an install file you may download Forms.exe from our download page here.
4. Open the program and enter the product key when prompted.
Note: Going forward, even if you have local admin rights removed, you will still be able to launch the program without having to continually re-enter the product key.
