Technical Support:

If your software license has expired, we cannot render support. You may purchase a new license by calling 800-999-9111 or by emailing service@hrdirect.com.

For support, go to www.gradiencesupport.com and click on Submit a Request Please give your account number if you know it to speed our response time and please give us your phone number and any extension if necessary and indicate your time zone. We are in Florida so we are on Eastern Time. We are available to call you from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Live technical support is FREE by phone for the first 30-days after purchase. After that, you would need to purchase a 12-month maintenance plan - or pay a per-call fee.

  • A 12-month maintenance plan for HRcalendar Standalone is $159. A per-call charge would be $80 (Plan does not cover training.)
  • A 12-month maintenance plan for HRcalendar Enterprise is $199. A per-call charge would be $100 (Plan does not cover training.)

Pricing:

We no longer offer NEW software licenses for HRcalendar. We are only renewing existing licenses.

  • HRcalendar Standalone is $265 to renew annually.
  • HRcalendar Enterprise is $1,075 to renew annually.

HRcalendar is not now, nor will it ever be compatible with any operating system newer than Windows 7.

You would have to either move it to a Windows 7 computer or open up a Windows 7 Virtual Machine and install the software there. We do not support our software in a virtual environment but we know from experience that it will work that way. You may use the first link below to accomplish this whether you move to another Windows 7 computer or decide to put it on a VM.

Another alternative would be to switch for FREE to software called Gradience Attendance with Employee Recordkeeping, which is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10, and Windows Servers 2008, and 2012.

HRcalendar has no data export feature so you will not be able to move your HRcalendar data to Gradience. Please click the 2nd link below for more details on this option.

If you do decide to switch over to Gradience, please call 800-999-9111 or email service@hrdirect.com and give them your account number.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
