HRcalendar uses Crystal Reports as a reporting tool.
To email reports, do the following:
- Run your report on one or multiple employees.
- Click Export Report icon at upper left.
- When the Export Report popup opens, select a location in the Save in field.
- Name the report
- Click the down arrow for the Save as type.
- Select Microsoft Excel (*.xls) and click Save.
- Open your e-mail software and attach the Excel file.
