Click Employee Detail on the list on the left side of the screen. Select the first employee listed. Look for a field called Employment Status in the upper-center of the screen as shown in the image below. Click the down arrow, change the status to Terminated and click Save. Repeat this for each remaining sample employee.
This will instruct the program to no longer display any employees so designated. This will hide all of the sample data and give you a clean slate.
IMPORTANT! Any data you enter in the Sample Database will not come over to the new, database you get when you purchase the software and enter the product key. You will get a new, blank database. For this reason, please only enter a limited number of names and data while evaluating the software.
