We recently removed Gradience version 12 from our web site. We did this because two, recent, back-to-back Windows 10 updates have rendered our version 12 non-functional on Windows 10.
- If you have not used version 11 for several months [prior to] these Windows 10 updates, we can understand that it would not be practical to revert to version 11 and restore a version 11 backup because too much data would be lost.
- If you have never used version 11, reverting to version 11 now would be impossible as you have no version 11 backup to restore.
In either of these cases, the only [current] option is to move version 12 to a Windows 7 machine or VM (Virtual Machine).
Acquiring Version 12: The only way to acquire a version 12 installation file is to do so directly through Gradience Tech Support
When making contact with Tech Support, please be sure to provide as much information as you can. We are only authorized to render support to those with a current software license. We verify this by checking one of the following...
- Organization name,
- Account number,
- Sales order number,
- Phone number
The more information you provide, the better able we will be to assist. Let us know that...
- You've never used version 11 or...
- You've used version 12 for so long that a version 11 backup would be too old to restore.
Then, request that we send you the link to install version 12 and we will do so.
You may contact Tech Support by hitting the back button at the top-left corner of this screen until you return to the support home page or by going to www.gradiencesupport.com. Once there, you should click Submit a Request.
Regrettably, we cannot say at this time when version 12 will be re-released. We apologize for the inconvenience.
