Gradience Pro / Enterprise - Cannot open file "C:\databases.conf". The system cannot find the file specified.

If you get the error shown above when first opening version 12 after installation, it is because the file named in the message is missing. 

This file should be located in Firebird_3.0, which is located in the Firebird folder. 

The Firebird folder may be in any of the following locations...

  • C:\Program Files
  • C:\Program Files (x86)
  • C:\ProgramData

You may copy the file from another computer running Gradience and paste it on the computer where this error occurs. If you don't have one to copy, you may unzip the atached zip file to the proper location.
